By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any JustScroll service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
JustScroll provides website development, e-commerce, business systems, SaaS solutions, and ongoing maintenance services under a subscription or one-time payment model. The specific deliverables, timelines, and features included are governed by the package selected at checkout and any agreed project scope documented during onboarding.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a rolling monthly cycle. Yearly subscriptions are billed annually. One-time annual payments cover 12 months of service without auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You will receive renewal reminders before your billing date. JustScroll reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All fees are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Setup fees are due before project work commences. Recurring subscription fees are due on the agreed billing date. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be terminated. All payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's own terms of service.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding, supplying all required content (text, images, branding) within the agreed timeframe, reviewing and providing feedback on design deliverables within reasonable time, maintaining the security of their account credentials, and ensuring that any materials submitted to JustScroll do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Estimated project timelines are provided at the time of package selection and confirmed during onboarding. Timelines are contingent on client cooperation, including timely submission of the project brief, design feedback, and content materials. Delays caused by the client do not extend JustScroll's delivery obligations proportionally beyond a reasonable period. JustScroll is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or factors outside our reasonable control.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final website design and content. JustScroll retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, code libraries, tools, and internal systems used in the development process. JustScroll reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described at the time of purchase. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the agreed project scope. Requests that constitute a material change to the original brief (e.g. adding new pages, features, or integrations not included in the package) may be subject to additional charges. Scope change requests must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle. To cancel, clients must submit a cancellation request through the client dashboard or by contacting support@justscroll.my. Upon cancellation, JustScroll will hand over all completed website files to the client within 14 days.
JustScroll's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. JustScroll does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates.
JustScroll reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a legal or reputational risk to our business. In cases of termination by JustScroll without cause, a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused services will be issued.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
